For over 15 years I have been engaged in commercial development, and for the last 10 years I have been building development departments for companies, selecting teams, choosing technologies, helping businesses find their path and formulate goals.
During this time I have trained dozens of young specialists and learned the IT field from all sides and realized that my favorite part is writing code, teaching people and creating teams. You can learn more about my work experience on my LinkedIn page.
It's harder than ever to break into any profession. Courses have lost their value, AI is taking over routine work, and the market is shrinking. But there's a way out: AI can't create — it can only follow. Creation is a human strength.
That's why my approach is not teaching syntax, but building services, ideas, projects. With AI, this has become easier than ever. There's nothing better than a finished product in your portfolio. Every business is looking for people who can already solve real problems. That said, you'll still need to learn the syntax — to control the tool, you need to understand what it does. Otherwise we'll end up like the tech-priests of Warhammer, praying to machines without understanding how they work.
