For over 15 years I have been engaged in commercial development, and for the last 10 years I have been building development departments for companies, selecting teams, choosing technologies, helping businesses find their path and formulate goals.

It is now more difficult than ever for new people to join IT, all because more and more people are learning programming after completing courses that often have nothing to do with reality. This academic approach makes business very distrustful of juniors, which slows down the development of both companies and specialists.
My approach will include many practical classes and a minimum of theory, instead of discussing code we will write code, instead of solving unnecessary theoretical tasks we will create necessary and useful services using the full development cycle.
