How It Works
The hire-developer skill connects Claude Code to Ceki.me's specialist search via MCP. When you run a hire command, Claude calls the search tools on the Ceki.me MCP server — 19 tools in total — passing your parameters: programming language, framework, hourly rate ceiling, availability window. The server queries live specialist profiles and returns structured results.
Specify language, frameworks, or tools. Claude translates your natural language into precise filter parameters. "Find a senior Node.js developer who knows Redis and Docker" becomes a structured query against the marketplace index.
Set a maximum hourly rate. Results are sorted by relevance and rate. You see names, rates, experience level, and rating in a single response.
Claude queries real-time calendar data for each result. Specialists who have no open slots this week are filtered out automatically if you specify a timeframe.
Once you identify a match, Claude initiates the booking through MCP. You confirm the slot, the duration, and the task description.
Payment is held in escrow at booking time. Supported currencies: USDT, BTC, ETH, USDC. Ceki.me takes 0% commission — the full rate goes to the specialist on completion.
